ICC Property Cleaning is a partnership between Israel Cardenas and Oscar Medina. Both work in the business every week: walking new buildings, setting up checklists, scheduling crews, and checking the results themselves. When you call ICC, you reach one of the two people responsible for your account.
We focus on commercial properties: office buildings, schools, medical facilities, retail centers, and new construction. Alongside routine janitorial work we handle the heavy floor care most cleaning companies subcontract out, including hot-water carpet extraction, tile and grout scrubbing, and stripping and refinishing hard floors.
We're based on Garvin Avenue in Richmond and work across the East Bay, San Francisco, and Marin, Monday through Sunday. Our crew speaks English and Spanish, every account gets a written scope, and if something on that scope gets missed, we come back and fix it.
