Emeryville

Emeryville packs offices, research spaces, and busy retail into a small footprint, and its buildings see a lot of traffic. We clean office suites and shared floors, keep storefront and lobby glass clear, and run periodic carpet extraction on the high-traffic carpet tile common in local office builds.

Retail centers around Bay Street and Powell Street need cleaning that works around store hours. We schedule common-area and floor work for early mornings and closing times so shoppers and staff never work around a mop bucket.

Every Emeryville account gets a written scope that lists tasks, frequencies, and visit times.
